This is the incredibly and absurdly beautiful Kaat Geevers, a great friend, one of my most important muses, a real faery.

She IS a Faery.


I took her portrait [link] on 2007 when i got invited to go to Trolls et Legendes Festival in Belgium, that was in April, and i met her at Faun´s Forum because one of the reasons i was going to that festival was to meet Faun and Omnia and Alan Lee, and she commissioned me to make her this portrait: [link]

What is Faun? Faun is my Favorite band, they are from Germany and Kaat is one of their best friends and Girlfriend of the Frontman, Oliver Sa Tyr: [link]

When I saw your pictures the first time, I didnt know Faun. I'm from germany, but I didnt know them, very strange^^
But then I heard the songs and now I really love them ! Through your pictures I've become aware of this band.
I thank you for that =)

Corel Painter has some wonderful brushes! and the smudge tool and the Paint Daubs filter at the very end makes wonders giving a great uniformity to everything!
